Sunday Mornings
In our Benefice, Holy Communion is the heart of our worship. Our congregation rotates between different churches for Holy Communion. Around the same time, a lay-led Morning Worship takes place in either Graveney or Hernhill.
From the earliest days of the Christian faith, believers have come together to share in the sacred meal of bread and wine, as Jesus himself taught us. This act represents our profound connection with God and with one another. We follow the order of Common Worship, and all are invited to partake in Communion.
Those who prefer not to receive are warmly invited to receive a prayer of blessing. You are encouraged to participate in a way that feels most comfortable and meaningful to you, without any pressure.
While we don’t offer separate activities for children currently, we actively involve them in discussions and provide engaging activities, allowing them to participate as part of the whole church community.
We offer a both traditional and contemporary services – with a mixture of hymns and modern songs. Refreshments are served at the end of the service.
